Pole dancing is a unique, full body workout which leans and tones through building muscle with body weight and cardio exercise.

The class starts with a warm up which includes strengthening and flexibility exercises, progresses into a breakdown of moves specific to your level, and ends in a routine which is built on every week until it is complete! In the eighth week, you'll have the opportunity to perform this routine for your family and friends! Pole dancing is great for your body, your self esteem and your mind. The classes are fun and interactive, and you always have a new goal to work towards. You’ll never want to visit a gym again!
